Cancelación

• 48 horas o más antes del inicio: reembolso completo.
• Entre 24 y 48 horas: reembolso del 50%.
• Menos de 24 horas: sin reembolso.

Un reembolso devuelve el precio que usted pagó menos la comisión de la tarjeta o de Venmo, que el procesador retiene.

Clima y condiciones

Si el instructor o usted consideran que las condiciones no son seguras, la clase se reprograma o se reembolsa por completo.

Si llega tarde

Las clases terminan a la hora programada porque el instructor suele tener otra reserva después de la suya, así que llegar tarde acorta su clase. Si viene con retraso, envíenos un mensaje por WhatsApp y haremos lo que podamos.

Paquetes

Los paquetes son para una persona, válidos por 30 días desde la primera clase, y se pueden compartir dentro del mismo hogar.

Participation terms — Dispatch Surf Co (draft 2026-08-22-draft)

1. What surfing involves. Surfing takes place in the ocean. Waves, currents, the sea floor, other surfers and your own board can cause injury, including serious injury. Your coach reduces these risks; no one can remove them.

2. Your fitness. You confirm that you can swim, that you have no medical condition that makes surfing unsafe for you, and that you will tell your coach before the session about anything that could affect your safety in the water.

3. Following instructions. You agree to follow the coach's instructions in and out of the water, to stay within the area the coach sets, and to leave the water when asked.

4. Minors. A parent or legal guardian books for, signs for, and stays reachable during any session for a participant under 18.

5. Equipment. Boards, leashes and rash guards are provided and stay the property of Dispatch Surf Co. Damage beyond normal use is charged at the repair schedule shown at booking.

6. Conditions. If the coach or you judge the conditions unsafe, the session is rescheduled or refunded in full.

7. Images. Your coach may film or photograph the session to send you a clip. Tick the separate box if Dispatch Surf Co may also use images of you in its own materials; you can withdraw that permission at any time by message.

8. Insurance and liability. Dispatch Surf Co holds liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Costa Rican consumer law (Ley 7472).
